/ What's included

Storefront, checkout, and a back office that holds up.

Two paths, one standard. We pick the one that costs you less to run, then build the parts that make money.

Shopify when it fits

If you sell physical products and want a proven checkout, theme system, and app ecosystem, we build on Shopify and skip the custom work you do not need.

  • Custom Shopify themes
  • Product and collection setup
  • App and channel integration
  • Migration from your old store

Custom when it does not

When you need booking logic, multi-step quotes, service scheduling, or rules Shopify cannot express, we build a custom platform on Next.js with exactly the flow your business runs.

  • Online ordering flows
  • Booking and scheduling
  • Multi-step quote forms
  • Customer accounts

Payments that clear

We wire in the processor your customers expect and you already use. Deposits, full payments, and refunds, all reconciled against real orders, not a spreadsheet.

  • Stripe
  • Square
  • Interac
  • Deposits and refunds

Inventory and dashboards

Stock stays in sync across the storefront and your back office, and you get an admin panel built for the person who actually runs the shop, not a developer.

  • Inventory sync
  • Order management
  • Owner dashboards
  • Role-based staff access
/ Who it's for

Built for owner-run businesses.

If your customers order, book, or pay you online, this is the work. Most of our clients run the shop themselves.

Restaurants

Online ordering, pickup and delivery windows, and a menu you update yourself. Lower commission than the third-party apps, and the customer relationship stays yours.

  • Online ordering
  • Pickup and delivery slots
  • Self-serve menu editing
  • Lower per-order fees

Trades and home services

Quote requests, job scheduling, and deposit collection in one place. We shipped exactly this for a GTA painting contractor, replacing phone tag with a booking pipeline.

  • Online estimator
  • Job scheduling
  • Deposit collection
  • Admin job pipeline

Retail

A storefront that loads fast and ranks, on Shopify or custom depending on your catalog. Inventory synced so you never sell what you do not have in stock.

  • Shopify or custom build
  • Inventory sync
  • Fast, search-friendly pages
  • Store migrations

Wellness and clinics

Appointment booking, intake, and payment with the schedule rules your practice actually uses. Built so front-desk staff can run the day without calling us.

  • Appointment booking
  • Availability rules
  • Intake and payment
  • Staff-friendly admin
/ Recently shipped

A booking and quote system that replaced phone tag.

Live

Painter's Crew

A GTA painting contractor was running quotes over phone and text, with no record of jobs and no way for customers to see pricing without a callback. We built a booking and quote platform with an online estimator, job scheduling, customer accounts, before and after galleries, and an admin dashboard. The contractor now collects qualified leads 24/7 and manages the full pipeline from one panel.

/ Common questions

FAQ.

Shopify or a custom build, how do you decide?
We start from what you sell and how you sell it. If you ship physical products through a standard cart, Shopify is usually faster and cheaper to run, so we build on it. If your business depends on booking, scheduling, multi-step quotes, or ordering rules Shopify cannot express, a custom platform on Next.js costs less to operate over time than fighting the platform. We tell you which one fits on the discovery call, before any code is written.
Which payment processors do you support?
Stripe, Square, and Interac, and we pick based on your fees, your bank, and how your customers pay. We handle deposits, full payments, and refunds, and reconcile every transaction against a real order so your books match your dashboard. If you already have a merchant account, we usually wire into it rather than make you switch.
Will inventory stay in sync with what I actually have?
Yes. Stock is tracked in one place and reflected on the storefront in real time, so you are not overselling product you already shipped. For custom builds we sync against your source of truth, whether that is a POS, a supplier feed, or the admin panel itself. For Shopify we configure inventory tracking and locations so the numbers stay honest.
Can my staff actually run the admin panel without calling you?
That is the point of it. We build the dashboard for the owner and front-desk staff, not for a developer: edit the menu, change prices, manage orders, adjust availability, and pull what you need without touching code. We hand over a short written runbook, and role-based access means staff only see what their job requires.
How long does an e-commerce or booking build take?
A focused Shopify storefront is typically a few weeks. A custom ordering or booking platform runs longer because the logic is specific to your business. We scope it as fixed work after a discovery call, with a written not-to-exceed price and weekly staging deploys so you watch it come together. You own the code and the deployment on the day you pay the final invoice.
