  The person who quotes your project writes the code and answers your email a year after launch. There is no account manager in between.

• We run products of our own

  We run FairSlice ourselves, so we know the work that follows a launch: answering support requests and keeping the code up to date before it decays.

• Itemized quotes and fixed prices

  Quotes are itemized and include a delivery date. If the scope changes, we tell you and agree the new price before the extra work starts.

• A process that fits a small business

  You are running a business while we build, so we keep the process simple enough that decisions can be made on a phone call.

1. 2023

   Incorporated

   AuraByt was incorporated in Ontario as a small studio building websites and web apps for local businesses.

2. 2024

   First clients

   We took on our first paid client work in the GTA and settled on the tools we still build with, such as Next.js and Astro.

3. 2025

   Our own products

   We launched FairSlice, an app for splitting shared costs, and Stattraq, a free earnings calculator for GTA gig drivers. Stattraq ran through 2025 and was then retired. The same year we began offering private AI to clients who cannot send data to outside services.

4. 2026

   TruBites

   We built TruBites, a vegetarian meal subscription service in Ahmedabad. Customers choose a two- or three-meal plan, pay by UPI or card, and see the calories and macros of every meal. Live at trubites.in.

5. 2026

   Cambay

   We designed and built the storefront and backend of Cambay, an online shop for Indian suits, kurta sets, sarees and lehengas, for shoppers in Canada. Live at cambaylabel.com.

6. 2026

   Clemaine

   We are designing and building Clemaine, booking software for salons and spas: a booking site for each salon, and an app for the front desk that runs the calendar, deposits, walk-ins and checkout. It is in development. Coming soon at clemaine.com.
