/ Who we are

A studio, not an agency.

We write code every day. We run our own SaaS. We bill fixed prices and tell you what things cost before work starts, not at invoice time.

Most of our clients are owner-operated — restaurants, tiffin services, contractors, clinics, early-stage founders. We size our process so decisions can happen in a phone call instead of a standing meeting.

The person quoting your project is the person writing the code, and the person who will answer the phone a year after launch.

/ How we work

Four things we won't compromise on.

01

Do the work

We write code every day. The person quoting your project is the person building it. No account managers in between.

02

Own what we build

We run our own SaaS, which means we understand what happens after launch — the uptime pages, the support tickets, the slow decay of a neglected codebase.

03

Say what things cost

Quotes are itemized. Timelines are realistic. Scope changes are flagged before the work starts, not at the invoice.

04

Work with small teams

Most of our clients are owner-operated. We size our process so decisions can be made in a phone call, not a standing meeting.

/ Timeline

Three years, counting.

2026

Painter's Crew and tiffin platforms

Shipped Painter's Crew for a GTA painting contractor and two tiffin-delivery builds (KhaoKhilao for the GTA, TruBites for India).

2025

Internal products

Launched Stattraq — a free earnings calculator for GTA gig drivers — and FairSlice, an expense-splitting app. Started offering local LLM deployments for regulated clients.

2024

First clients

Taking paid client work across the GTA. Settled on the tooling we still use: Next.js, Astro, Supabase, Postgres, Vercel.

2023

Incorporated

AuraByt was incorporated in Ontario as a small development studio focused on websites and web apps for local businesses.
